Procedure for the exercise of voting rights via the Internet

Please confirm the following points if you plan to exercise voting rights via the Internet.
If you intend to attend the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in person, you are not required to exercise voting rights either by mail (using the form provided to exercise voting rights) or by using the Internet.

1.Web site to exercise voting rights

  1. The exercise of voting rights via the Internet is possible only by accessing the website to exercise voting rights designated by the Company (https://evote.tr.mufg.jp/) using your personal computer/tablet, smartphone or mobile phone. (Please note that the website is not accessible from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. on any given day.)

  2. Depending on your Internet connection environment, connection service or model of your device, you may not be able to use the above website to exercise voting rights.
  3. Voting rights can be exercised via the Internet before 17:30 (5:30 p.m.) on Monday, March 24, 2025 (JST), but it is advisable to exercise voting rights at your earliest convenience.

2.Steps for the exercise of voting rights via the Internet

  1. Please indicate your approval or disapproval of respective proposals on the website to exercise your voting rights at https://evote.tr.mufg.jp/ using your Login ID and temporary password (indicated on the form provided to exercise voting rights).
  2. Please be advised that you will be prompted to change your temporary password on the website to exercise voting rights in order to prevent any unauthorized access or alteration of your votes.

3.Handling of voting rights exercised in duplicate.

  1. In the event that a voting right is exercised both by returning a voting form by mail and via the Internet, only voting via the Internet will be deemed valid and supersede the mailed voting form.
  2. In the event that a voting right is exercised via the Internet on multiple occasions, the most recent voting right shall supersede the earlier voting right and considered to be valid. Similarly, in the event a voting right is exercised more than once using a personal computer/tablet, smartphone and/or mobile phone, the most recent voting right shall be considered to be valid.

4.Costs incurred for access to the Company's website to exercise voting rights

Please be advised that Internet connection charges, communication fees, etc. incurred for access to the Company's website for the exercise of voting rights shall be borne by the shareholder.
